About Out Loud with Rob and Rachel

Out Loud with Rob and Rachel is what happens when two ADHD minds sit down, open the door to a real conversation, and let it unfold naturally. Our podcast is honest, unfiltered, thoughtful, funny, and completely unscripted. We think out loud, work through ideas in real time, challenge each other, and explore the parts of life most people only talk about behind closed doors.

The show covers everything from mental health, boundaries, and personal growth to dating, parenting, school culture, online behavior, childhood memories, and the strange everyday thoughts that pop into our heads without warning. Some episodes are reflective. Some are chaotic. Some drift into hilarious tangents about mullets, prom photos, spider crickets, and the mystery of disappearing daddy long legs. Every episode is real.

What makes the podcast work is the way we communicate. We slow down. We actually listen. We let each other finish a thought. We talk through disagreements instead of fighting over them. We try to understand each other instead of trying to win. In a world where people are quicker to argue than empathize, our conversations feel like a reset.

We also talk openly about how the world has changed. How people behave online versus in person. How honesty can help or hurt. How kids navigate friendships and identity today. How adults struggle with boundaries and communication. How ADHD shapes the way we think, connect, and react to the world around us. Nothing is staged. Nothing is polished. It is just real life, spoken out loud.

If you want a podcast that feels human, relatable, funny, honest, and a little all over the place in the best possible way, this is your space.
We think out loud so you do not have to do it alone.
